Behind the Lens
Welcome to my page. I have been a photography hobbyist since the mid-00's. I took disposable cameras on school field trips. My friends could count on me to snap some photos anytime we had an outing. About ten years ago, I started doing casual sessions for friends and family when I got my first DSLR. Then, I went on to pursue a degree in nursing. While working in healthcare is fulfilling, I missed having a creative outlet in my life. So, I picked up my cameras again... and here we are.
What I Do
If you are looking for a photographer who uses natural light/nature and places a priority on embracing real bodies and faces, I might be a good fit for you. I like to offer a mix of subject-based portraits where you will love how you look, and context-based shots that tell a story. General portraits/headshots, family sessions, couples/engagement sessions, and pets are my main areas of experience. Small touch-ups such as erasing a blemish are complimentary, but please note that airbrushed effects like a magazine's cover model is not what I can offer.
